Generalized rules

There are summarized rules for Insurance Pool

1. People who bought during the presale cannot sell if they want to participate in the Insurance Pool.

2. People who bought during presale can only buy if they don't want to be excluded from the Insurance Pool.

3. Even if you fixed some profits partly, you are still excluded from the Insurance Pool.

4. Insurance is valid for 3 days and the new price is fixed after that time.
